4. Ordering Process
To place an order, you must complete an online form, providing accurate and complete information about your project. We will review your submission and send you a customized quote with a payment link. By submitting a project request, you confirm that:
- You are the rightful owner of the content and have full rights to authorize editing.
- The content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services will be provided in a custom quote based on the project details you submit. Payment is required upfront before any editing work begins. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. AVE does not store payment information on our servers.
All fees are in [USD/EUR] unless otherwise specified, and payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy (see Section 8).
6. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary based on project complexity and workload. Standard and expedited options are available; however, all delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. We will make every effort to meet agreed timelines and notify you of any anticipated delays.
7. Confidentiality and Content Security
We understand that your content is sensitive. AVE implements strict security protocols to protect your data and content, ensuring privacy and confidentiality throughout the editing process. Content is stored only as long as necessary to complete the project and will be deleted from our systems after final delivery.
8. Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are not fully satisfied with the final edit, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the completed project, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
Refunds are provided only in cases where we are unable to deliver the promised services. Partial refunds may be considered if only a portion of the project was completed. Refunds will not be provided for changes or additions not covered in the original project scope.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
By submitting content to AVE for editing, you retain all rights to your original work. You grant us a limited, temporary license to access, edit, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services. AVE will not use, distribute, or share your content without your explicit consent.
All templates, tools, and techniques used by AVE remain our property, and you do not acquire any rights to AVE’s intellectual property.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:
- Submitting or requesting content that violates any laws or regulations, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or privacy laws.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems.
- Transmitting any harmful or malicious software.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVE and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

In no event shall AVE’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AVE, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, Budapest, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
